The challenge
An investment-focused business needed software to bring multiple operational processes into a structured digital workflow.
The platform had to handle different user journeys, financial information, documents and business rules while keeping the experience simple enough for everyday users.
My contribution
I contributed to the development of the platform across the frontend and application layers, translating business requirements into usable workflows and working through the edge cases that come with financial processes.

The interesting part
Financial applications are rarely just CRUD screens.
A seemingly simple action can have multiple conditions behind it — who can perform it, when they can perform it, what information is required and what happens afterwards.
A big part of my work was turning those rules into software that behaves predictably.
What this project taught me
Good business software doesn't hide complexity from the user.
It handles the complexity so the user doesn't have to.
