The challenge

A growing organisation needed a digital platform to bring learning and community-related activities into one place.

The challenge was creating an experience that worked for different types of users while supporting structured content, interactions and business workflows behind the scenes.

My contribution

I worked on the application development side, translating requirements and user workflows into frontend experiences and backend functionality.

The work involved understanding how different parts of the platform interacted rather than treating every feature as an isolated screen.

What I worked on

  • Angular-based application development
  • User workflows
  • Community features
  • Data-driven interfaces
  • API integration
  • Business rules and validations
  • Role-based functionality
  • Responsive experiences

The interesting part

The difficult part wasn't building individual features.

It was understanding how users move through the system — what they see, what they can do, what information follows them and how one workflow affects another.

What this project taught me

When software is built around real people and real processes, understanding the workflow comes before writing the code.
